Well the blog posts have been a touch few and far between lately…. That can only mean two things; 1. we have been crazily busy, 2. I have an awful lot to put on the blog!!
So without further ado let’s get this show on the road starting with this automotive photography shoot!
The day before I flew to Thailand for a destination wedding I took the opportunity to shoot a couple of tidy
motors! We were up in Anglesey, North Wales for our God-Daughters christening and both of the owners had each expressed interest in an automotive shoot for their cars. Seeing as we were all around it would have been rude not to! The weather wasn’t really on our side for it but least it wasn’t wet! I think the grey weather set against a choppy Menai Strait and a moody, cloud shrouded, Snowdonia in the background adds to the images. I love cars of most kind, especially fairly loopy ones, so doing the odd bit of automotive photography for magazine features and private shoots is always fun and a bit different to all the weddings and portraits we do.
On with the photos!
Stunning 1996 BMW M3 Evo Cabriolet. 3.2 litre. Red leather interior with heated seats. Full respray in original Cosmos Black. 17″ Motorsport alloy wheels with wider rears and Good Year Eagle F1 tyres. Custom induction kit with K&N cone filter.
Highly modified Mitsubishi Evolution VI.
HKS 272 cams / full 3″ hard pipe set / Forge actuator / JMF intercooler / Apex’i full exhaust system / light weight pulleys / Walbro 255 fuel pump / Mapped by CPP at 395bhp and the same torque!….he’s hoping for over 600bhp after christmas.
If you, or anyone you know, would like an automotive photography shoot for your car, bike or truck (anything with an engine really) get in touch. I’d love to hear what you have!! We can travel or you can come to us in Somerset!
