In our mission to provide beautiful wedding and portrait photography we use some of the best equipment that we know fits our style of photography.
We had to decide what camera equipment for the Lapland Trip we needed. Obviously a bit of a photographic opportunity which couldn’t be wasted but what should we take that will cope with the temperatures over there?
With Ian driving on the roadtrip up to North Wales for Rally GB it gave me a chance to edit the shoots from our November Pet Shoots last Sunday. Got home a moment ago and uploaded them all! It was such a fun day with lots of great characters in the studio…and the dogs were funny also!

Went up to Wales Rally GB for a couple days. We left Bridgwater at 6:30am and stormed it all the way up to North Wales in very good time, with plenty of banter only to sit in hours of traffic with others queuing to get into the Chirk Castle stage!
Fireworks are amazing, beautiful and spectacular to watch (if you like fireworks that is…if you don’t …well you might want to stop reading now because, as the title might suggest, this whole post is dedicated to them).
Here’s a few shots from this years Bridgwater Firework Display at St. Matthew’s Field (taken from Northfield for anyone local).
Ok so I know this might be classed as bad taste but I had to post this and I’m just praying that karma doesn’t come right around and bite me! I am honestly doing it as a service to show what can happen…
We’re not really sure why the bride or groom didn’t try to stop or warn the poor fella but well….they didn’t…..resulting in very badtimes.
I shall, however, turn this around and make it into a post to warn future brides & grooms about the importance of making sure their wedding photographers have back-up equipment.
